When we designed this website I wanted to do more than just tell you what we build, sell, and service. I wanted to use this technology to show you the care, competence, and attention to detail that our employees demonstrate in their daily work. I hoped to provide an experience similar to that of our customers who have the opportunity to visit with us.

We see our Mission as building and maintaining mutually beneficial long term relationships with our customers. We believe that accomplishing this mission, in good times and bad, will result directly from our willingness to follow the spirit and guidelines set out in our " Commitment to Quality ". This statement lays out what we believe about performance, improvement, commitment, involvement, and consistency. It was developed during the economic downturn of the early 1980's, and has served as our compass in the years that followed. I suggest you read this before exploring the rest of the site so you can see if we are "talking the talk" or "walking the walk".

As you explore the site I urge you to take as many Tours as you can. You will see employees in every part of the company putting attention to detail and craftsmanship into everyday activities. Whether it's sealing parts in zip-lock bags before putting them on the shelf, arranging a miraculous next day shipment, grinding sharp edges off structural steel, resurrecting a damaged rotor, or returning a worn out compressor to factory specs, you will see the words being put into action.
