Using its new lathe and milling machine, as well as its computer assisted dynamic balancing machine, Air and Process System's can perform a wide range of operations that had previously been sub-contracted to local machine shops. These operations include: shaft fabrication, repair, and straightening; reestablishing bearing fits and bores; repairing keyways; applying metal coatings; and resurfacing.

Adding a full service machine shop to their existing service capability, now allows Air & Process Systems to offer true "One Stop" repair and upgrade services to their customers. The company is now able to work more closely with their customers to perform a full range of field service and shop overhauls for all types of compression equipment, and also recommend and implement a full range of machinery services and upgrades.
