Control Panels:

Air & Process Systems, Inc. designs and builds a wide range of control panels for compressors, blowers, vacuum pumps, hot oil pumping systems, and general process control. We also build special order panels to customer supplied specifications.

Panels are designed for use in unclassified areas in meet all required NEMA standards. We specialize in building panels to meet NEC requirements for use in hazardous areas ( Class 1-Div I & Class1-DivII). UL listed panels can be provided if specified.

Electrical panels can be provided for 120 VAC, 24 VDC, or12VDC, and can be designed for traditional relay logic, or computer (PLC) control. We have used a wide range of PLC controllers including: Allen Bradley : Micrologix-1500; SLC-500; Contrologix; PLC-5, and G.E. Series 90-30. Battery powered and mechanical panels are available for special applications.

Panels to control seal gas to zero emission dry seals for process compressors are designed meet individual customer's specifications.

All control panels are fully documented and assembly drawings, ladder logic, and/or computer connection diagrams are provided. All wiring is permanently tagged with heat shrink labels, and terminal blocks are identified with computer generated labels.
